Cancelation Policy
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment you must give 48 hour notice to your stylist.
Failure to give 48 hour notice will result in a $50 fee.
A no show will follow the same procedure. If a client is 15+ minutes late the appointment might need to be moved, and a $50 fee will apply.
**As booth rent stylists we are often unable to fill the time that has been canceled at such short notice. We are independently employed and when you cancel we don’t make money.

Refund Policy
What You Need to Know
Serene Salon is not responsible for the mistakes of the booth rent employees that work here. Each stylist is responsible to provide a service to the best of their ability.
If a refund is requested we ask that you give your stylist another opportunity to meet your hair goals.
If a refund is still requested it is made known that only a partial refund will be given to pay for the product used to do your hair.
